These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Valley Fresh Carpet Cleaning website at valleyfreshcarpets.com and the cleaning services we provide. By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Our Services
Valley Fresh Carpet Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and strata cleaning services in the Fraser Valley, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, luxury vinyl and hardwood cleaning, rug cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, moving cleans, and emergency water extraction. Service availability may vary by location.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Prices quoted through our website, by phone, or by email are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be confirmed or adjusted on site once we can assess the actual condition, size, and accessibility of the areas to be cleaned. We will always discuss any change with you before work begins.
3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Access
When you book a service, you agree to provide reasonable access to the premises (including parking for our service vehicle, water, and electricity where required). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours is appreciated. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example, for commercial or strata accounts with invoicing terms). We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking. Overdue accounts may be subject to reasonable collection costs.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Claims
We stand behind our work with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not happy with the results, tell us within 30 days of the service and we will go the extra mile to make it right, including returning to re-clean the areas of concern at no charge. Please report any loss or damage as soon as possible so we can inspect and put things right.
6. Limitations of Service and Liability
Cleaning results depend on the age, fibre, and condition of the material being cleaned. Some conditions — including permanent stains, pre-existing damage, wear patterns, colour loss, odours embedded in underlay or subfloor, and shrinkage or browning inherent to certain fibres — cannot always be corrected, and we cannot guarantee their removal. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions we identify and bring to your attention before cleaning.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Website Use
The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. While we keep it as accurate as possible, it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. All content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to Valley Fresh Carpet Cleaning or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt it or submitting forms by automated means.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website links to and embeds services operated by third parties (for example, online booking, review widgets, and maps). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
