Their customer service was excellent. From my initial inquiry to scheduling the appointment, they were responsive, professional, and accommodating. They took the time to understand the extent of the cleaning needed and provided a transparent quote upfront.

On the day of service, the technicians arrived promptly and were equipped with all the necessary tools and cleaning products. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and took great care in protecting my furniture and belongings during the cleaning process.

They effectively remove the stubborn stains and odours from the cat pee. My couches and area rug look brand new again. Even the high-traffic areas on my stairs and carpeted room are so clean!
